COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Atlas Copco 4220 1635 90 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 2N982G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2Z842 manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2G1014IRB32506H2 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 35R521T886 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Morse such as 30RWB91MMOOO1 equipment made by Morse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Morse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Morse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 33NCM3536 made by Elektrimax as well as the popular 34R4BFPPE334R4BFPPE3 original spares produced by Bodine Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 26018099211857 by Baumuller and 30RWB91MMOOO1 spares by Morse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3608860256 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
