COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Atlas Copco 2101-S7-115R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Avtron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Br product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Avtron such as the HS35A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASR26504B manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X20AI2622 by Manufacturer Br as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Br Brand PSCP65 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Br such as 5PC720170600 equipment made by Br have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Br products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Br" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SG121 made by Auma as well as the popular CSXI00654PPN3RCBPD original spares produced by Aucom Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Tensor by Atlas-Copco and 5PC720170600 spares by Br are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IPMON01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bailey-Controls. |
