COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Atlas Capco TENSOR-DS7 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the 3BSE018104R1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3HAB8101501E manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT130G3U4220 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eupec Brand TZ500N18KOF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as VMIVME2536100 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TS002E made by Weiss as well as the popular 1771P4 original spares produced by Ab-Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VFA52075P by Toshiba and VMIVME2536100 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VUO10516NO7 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ixys. |
