COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Atlas Capco PF3007GHW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flexmate-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the S1756L62B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SD0018G03 manufactured by Flexmate-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Flexmate-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PLE3PNLBG14 by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Heidenhain Brand ROD800000036000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Semikron such as SKIIP82AHB15T1 equipment made by Semikron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Semikron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Semikron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PLS109317 made by Sick as well as the popular QPI31200C2P original spares produced by Total-Control Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM100RSD120 by Mitsubishi and SKIIP82AHB15T1 spares by Semikron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SAX14230 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elmo. |
