COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Asyst Technologies 9701-2936-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Banner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner such as the D12SN6FVHQ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2715 manufactured by Banner and we are pleased to be able to service most Banner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BESR01ZCPSC50BBX002GS04W01 by Manufacturer Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Automation-Direct Brand PY4AP3A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Banner such as PVA225P6RQ equipment made by Banner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3501381089065957 made by Atlas-Copco as well as the popular 27824 original spares produced by Banner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BTL5S102M0077ZS32 by Balluff and PVA225P6RQ spares by Banner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PTSPGJ1100121AO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bailey. |
