COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Asyst Technologies 4002-5679-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baileigh-Industrial products, including obsoleted and phased-out Br parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aucom product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baileigh-Industrial such as the JP125010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ECPA8101 manufactured by Br and we are pleased to be able to service most Br systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EMX30920B7C1H by Manufacturer Aucom as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Atek Brand MC010A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Avlis-co such as ANR5231 equipment made by Avlis-co have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Avlis-co products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Avlis-co" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M190ETN010 made by Auo as well as the popular EMEAC05F original spares produced by Atos Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CMC15GS01A000 by Azbil and ANR5231 spares by Avlis-co are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATFQ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ateq. |
