COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Asyst Shinko M197 2/2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carlen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 B--R product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BALLUFFBLS18MXX1PS4L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CC290T3600ABMMCP10 manufactured by Carlen and we are pleased to be able to service most Carlen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8MSA4SR031 by Manufacturer B--R as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Beckhoff Brand AM217M0000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bosch such as 21KR001D21KR001D1070084284210 equipment made by Bosch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bosch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bosch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VM60047888307 made by Bosch as well as the popular DAF160K23R266UL original spares produced by Baumuller Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 00PPG000007203A by Carrier and 21KR001D21KR001D1070084284210 spares by Bosch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BUS315303100ARTIKELNR188969 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baumuller. |
