COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Astrosystems Inc AP-92-2-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Carrier products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex-Dm60q product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Carrier such as the 19VXA2CC5KA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FMH2A06TREN23 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature COGNEX by Manufacturer Cognex-Dm60q as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cleveland Brand 403CLSP0S16 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Control-Techniques such as SE43401850 equipment made by Control-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Techniques" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ID15H425E0 made by Baldor as well as the popular VS1ST450T original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HD46GK230 by Carrier and SE43401850 spares by Control-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RSD6404804 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Benshaw. |
