COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Astech Technology AMB-107 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Arel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Selco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BTAE100610E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATC3U4 manufactured by Arel and we are pleased to be able to service most Arel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C6200Gencontroller by Manufacturer Selco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Aval Brand AVME126 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Automation-Direct such as EA7T10C05830B049 equipment made by Automation-Direct have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Automation-Direct products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Automation-Direct" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CE744L12P31GRZ made by National-Tech as well as the popular E01055660551 original spares produced by Okuma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ARP2219AP by Invensys and EA7T10C05830B049 spares by Automation-Direct are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DF8101521C0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yasakawa. |
