COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mazak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Boston product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-bradley such as the 96253473 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1403006 manufactured by Mazak and we are pleased to be able to service most Mazak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X7183A30M by Manufacturer Boston as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Det-Tronics Brand 008700005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance-Electric such as 542003 equipment made by Reliance-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4118 made by Triconex as well as the popular 051000787 original spares produced by Andover-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3183050102 by Alfa-Laval and 542003 spares by Reliance-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5367600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
