COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ashcroft XL5MB242STP5IW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asyst-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Br parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bplus product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asyst-Technologies such as the 4002567901 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5P8140605500400 manufactured by Br and we are pleased to be able to service most Br systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RCD35T211DNC by Manufacturer Bplus as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Aucom Brand EMX30580B7C1H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Azbil such as SRF212AS00100 equipment made by Azbil have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Azbil products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Azbil" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available J26NRXE6SC made by Assured-Automation as well as the popular 5AP9801505K31 original spares produced by Br Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 333A by Att and SRF212AS00100 spares by Azbil are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CSXI0774PPN3RCBPD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aucom. |
