COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ashcroft XL5MB242ST2P5IW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asi products, including obsoleted and phased-out B+r parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Astrosystems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asi such as the SVGT008FDBNHN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5D521201 manufactured by B+r and we are pleased to be able to service most B+r systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature APM922 by Manufacturer Astrosystems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Avnan Brand ASM701696 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aydin-Controls such as 9001 equipment made by Aydin-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aydin-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aydin-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A6848DAF made by Automatic-Valve as well as the popular LJMD2502L03R12 original spares produced by Azbil Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the APIV2 by Br and 9001 spares by Aydin-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 53965E11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ausgabe. |
