COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ashcroft K17MEK11F31000#-X12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Banner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BOD66MLA04S92C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LS10RSR manufactured by Banner and we are pleased to be able to service most Banner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BIC213P2A30Q90AAGPX0BZ05 by Manufacturer Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BISC30610 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Autonics such as PSBV01PM5 equipment made by Autonics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Autonics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Autonics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BOS18KPS1LOCE5CS4 made by Balluff as well as the popular BTLA180200ZS32 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 48971132 by Balance-Dynamic-Corp. and PSBV01PM5 spares by Autonics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BRGE1WEA12EPPRK005 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
