COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ashcroft ASH-K1-7-M01-42-HM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Autotran-Epb010lc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner such as the F5DN05 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AUTOTRANEPB010LC manufactured by Autotran-Epb010lc and we are pleased to be able to service most Autotran-Epb010lc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RFEA3010P6 by Manufacturer Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Banner Brand D10DFPQ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as BESIKU01123GS4SA2 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K15M0242F2500 made by Ashcroft as well as the popular MGR1816A original spares produced by Banner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BIW1A310M0500P1S115 by Balluff and BESIKU01123GS4SA2 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TB55732600F06 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bailey. |
