COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Asea PHCBR30000000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Seiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mpl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Seiki such as the SEIKIFIOSL20010000A3502002T14402 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PIP8 manufactured by Mpl and we are pleased to be able to service most Mpl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R100933475 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Semikron Brand SKET33012E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Portwell such as ROBO8820VG2 equipment made by Portwell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Portwell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Portwell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PUFFIN made by Alink-M as well as the popular PP20012HSABBN5A original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SKB1508A2 by Semikron and ROBO8820VG2 spares by Portwell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Q173CPU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
