COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Asea FEP311-040A1S1A1B0A1A0A1A3C1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nematron-Corp product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the FX45596013401 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GVH20E manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IWS2023T by Manufacturer Nematron-Corp as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand K10C20L1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as HVM0270051200OB equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available J2257NTJ053 made by Ge-Drive as well as the popular MEAE1PC2 original spares produced by Allen-bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GHUX91760120018 by Thoma-Magnettechnik and HVM0270051200OB spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC116 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
