COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Asea Brown Boveri YB161100-BB/1 (FP) parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aerotech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-bradley such as the 845HSJDZ13CWY2C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2I3P2A30Q90AAGPX0BZ05 manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1000DC105002100099 by Manufacturer Aerotech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ati Brand 11982001007 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micromotion such as DL200S226SU equipment made by Micromotion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromotion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromotion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XH25DSS120ABZC7272SM18 made by Bei as well as the popular 7000002360 original spares produced by Ametek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the YZ14B2 by Mazak and DL200S226SU spares by Micromotion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ZFG033C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Red-Lion. |
