COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Asea Brown Boveri 3HNP00007-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Barber-Colman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 41AA22003200100 manufactured by Barber-Colman and we are pleased to be able to service most Barber-Colman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6ES71384DF000AB0 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 6189RDT12CB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 6157BECAAZBBZZSERB equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 45C94 made by Reliance as well as the popular 6AV36271QL000AX06AV36271QL000AX0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6181P12TPW7 by Allen-Bradley and 6157BECAAZBBZZSERB spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4K0001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tesatronic. |
