COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Asea ACS800-U1-0025-5+B056+E200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Caloritech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Japax-Cpu-04-a506 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Heller product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Caloritech such as the CXC220P2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CPU04A506 manufactured by Japax-Cpu-04-a506 and we are pleased to be able to service most Japax-Cpu-04-a506 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B23035336005 by Manufacturer Heller as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand DBSC105GAAW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as CV1000CPU01EV1CV1000CPU01EV1 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D0130DED0130DEDX8136LG3852TG792402460881 made by Foxboro as well as the popular ANPD05010 original spares produced by Panasonic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CSB011NSEENSNNNNNSNNFW by Rexroth and CV1000CPU01EV1CV1000CPU01EV1 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
