COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Asea 3BSE018135R1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eip products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eip such as the 578B05 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 41040351AW manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3BSE042235R2 by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge-Fanuc Brand 44A731463001R01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Furnas such as 40KB32AAA equipment made by Furnas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Furnas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Furnas" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 531X306LCCBCG3 made by Electric as well as the popular 509FODA5N original spares produced by Allen-bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6AV35451VC123FX0 by Siemens and 40KB32AAA spares by Furnas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6181CGEDBCZZZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
