COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Asco X8210G00313600 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ava-Smart-Actuators products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ashcroft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Automatik product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ava-Smart-Actuators such as the S2029 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K17M0242C1 manufactured by Ashcroft and we are pleased to be able to service most Ashcroft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VZ200 by Manufacturer Automatik as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ati Brand 9120R32T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aydin such as 4605140501P equipment made by Aydin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aydin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aydin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MT231 made by Asi-Astrosystems-Inc as well as the popular BHD24 original spares produced by Asm Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASM701696 by Avnan and 4605140501P spares by Aydin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
