COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Asco EF8344G082MO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Avtron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Azz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Avtron such as the HS6AN1RX3CE1A000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SXP7H04GGP manufactured by Azz and we are pleased to be able to service most Azz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SC834470MO by Manufacturer Asco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Atlas Brand PF307GDNHW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Att such as 333A equipment made by Att have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Att products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Att" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 487066581 made by Asg as well as the popular M768 original spares produced by Auto-Strong Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A71XM2CL2014BA0 by Atmel-Aviiva and 333A spares by Att are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A200KM599G10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Autonics. |
