COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BTL2A100150ZSA92S32961152516 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BTL2E100390ZSA79KA02 manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BTL5A11M1350PSA167S32 by Manufacturer Balluff as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Automation-Products Brand IRU5180 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Banner such as 73151QS18UNAQ8 equipment made by Banner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SN6493 made by Asahi as well as the popular F5DN05 original spares produced by Banner

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BOS0156 by Balluff and 73151QS18UNAQ8 spares by Banner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BISC32305S4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff.
