COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Armstrong International 815 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Axcelis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the RPT3008PPU01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BESM30EG1PSC20ZS04GS12 manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 078103070001 by Manufacturer Axcelis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand 18MWS7XAB0L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as BNS519099R11 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CSP150K made by Artech as well as the popular BTL5E17M0051KSR32 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BNS813B02L1261A2202D0 by Balluff and BNS519099R11 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BES516538S4H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
