COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Armstrong GD-30S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Assured products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Auma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Assured such as the PD030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EF8345G001 manufactured by Asco and we are pleased to be able to service most Asco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A083191 by Manufacturer Auma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asco Brand HB8300A081RU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Atmel-Aviiva such as A71XM2CL2014BA0 equipment made by Atmel-Aviiva have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atmel-Aviiva products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atmel-Aviiva" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available QCM made by Atlas-Copco as well as the popular EF8210G095MO original spares produced by Asco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8210G07T by Asco and A71XM2CL2014BA0 spares by Atmel-Aviiva are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10332 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Autoflex. |
