COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Armstrong FH1139 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nematron-Corp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aeg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron-Corp such as the IWS1010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FSH148 manufactured by Allen-bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MMPM22400 by Manufacturer Aeg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand ID15H405W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as MMPM15403 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MODULE5370CVIM made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular KES3250LSIG original spares produced by Cutler-hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LSP080KRU2CN by Rexroth and MMPM15403 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GN3402MORMEC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ormec. |
