COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Arista ADM-1715BP-FB103H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omega parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mazak product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ite such as the CLD63H600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the COMAC4 manufactured by Omega and we are pleased to be able to service most Omega systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D80VD015770A by Manufacturer Mazak as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand DKC0130043MGP01VRS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as DS3800NMEC1F1C equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DMD021W042N made by Rexroth as well as the popular DS3800NFCF1E1C original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRAU4A0103AAA by Magnetek and DS3800NMEC1F1C spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPCRMRCA01C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
