COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Arcom AIM104-RELAY8/IM8 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Crouzet product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the TRN1B120AC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IQ502A manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 88974053 by Manufacturer Crouzet as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Basler Brand BE181 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Basler such as T3ED1JB7S1F equipment made by Basler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Basler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Basler" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2805514P3 made by Artisan-Electronics as well as the popular SY175220 original spares produced by Electromatic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 446S1201 by Asea and T3ED1JB7S1F spares by Basler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DWB01CM4810A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carlo-Gavazzi. |
