COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Arcom 7041-64021-901-101 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ava-Smart-Actuators products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asahi-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Atlas-Copco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ava-Smart-Actuators such as the S2029 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A92XWJ manufactured by Asahi-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Asahi-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4240044281 by Manufacturer Atlas-Copco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asco Brand HB8300A081RU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Atlas-Copco such as 1420112973 equipment made by Atlas-Copco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atlas-Copco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atlas-Copco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CSXI00524PPN3RCBPD made by Aucom as well as the popular X8210G00313600 original spares produced by Asco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RAS41600 by Arnold-Muller-Amk and 1420112973 spares by Atlas-Copco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SB700 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asyst. |
