COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Arcom 7041-64021-005-101 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Atlas-Copco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Atlas product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asco such as the 8342G1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PF4000CDNHW manufactured by Atlas-Copco and we are pleased to be able to service most Atlas-Copco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8433061004 by Manufacturer Atlas as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Auma Brand AD00902 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aventics such as R432020926 equipment made by Aventics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aventics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aventics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5409770E made by Automation-Technology as well as the popular X8210G088E13600 original spares produced by Asco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AC7725A by Arobotech and R432020926 spares by Aventics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AMB513HTT020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Astech. |
