COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Aquatrap AQUATRAP (120-476) parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Autonics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cal-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Greyhill product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Autonics such as the TK4S14SN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CAL9300 manufactured by Cal-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Cal-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 70MRCK16HLM742130 by Manufacturer Greyhill as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fylynn Brand AL120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Deltec such as 7000 equipment made by Deltec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Deltec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Deltec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TMIS1XX made by Chromalox as well as the popular 586A00056000000 original spares produced by Barber-Colman Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12370 by Festo and 7000 spares by Deltec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1B12S23FTHQ4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Barksdale. |
