COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Aptech AP1210SM 2PW FV8 FV8 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the C364C102H01J2Q06BG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C200HAD002 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C200HWSLK23C200HWSLK23 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand BM600282 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Andover-Continuum such as BCX1CR64 equipment made by Andover-Continuum have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Andover-Continuum products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Andover-Continuum" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C200HWBC081V1 made by Omron as well as the popular CLD63B600 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B216LSHMR by Ge and BCX1CR64 spares by Andover-Continuum are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C20PCDT1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
