COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Applied XC501SGT005NNP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Auto.direct products, including obsoleted and phased-out Atlas-Copco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ask product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Auto.direct such as the EA9T15CL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4737AWY1X500S1 manufactured by Atlas-Copco and we are pleased to be able to service most Atlas-Copco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LCF40BUU by Manufacturer Ask as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Aquafine-Evoqua Brand 794528 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asco such as EF8300D61F equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1420112973 made by Atlas-Copco as well as the popular RM3D310E original spares produced by Ark-Systems-Inc. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PIOC by Atos and EF8300D61F spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EFHC8320G41 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco. |
