COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Applied Robotics 0004-D48A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Astro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asml product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Astro such as the ASM86SG10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 206189921 manufactured by Asm and we are pleased to be able to service most Asm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 402263428171 by Manufacturer Asml as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asi-Robicon Brand SVGT004FDBNHN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Archon-Industries,-Inc. such as HCMXSS equipment made by Archon-Industries,-Inc. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Archon-Industries,-Inc. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Archon-Industries,-Inc." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EF8262G14V made by Asco as well as the popular BHD24 original spares produced by Asm Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EF8210G022 by Asco and HCMXSS spares by Archon-Industries,-Inc. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EF8210G30 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco. |
