COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Applied QS-4500LRNP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baumer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Barksdale parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumer such as the 022K1510101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 90484Q1 manufactured by Barksdale and we are pleased to be able to service most Barksdale systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1480B by Manufacturer Cutler-hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cardinal Brand SP200LM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Banner such as SGE4300Q8 equipment made by Banner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VRF2D2G1S made by Bindicator as well as the popular BIS008U original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the USE6412Y by Banner-Engineering and SGE4300Q8 spares by Banner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E2K3400WA06U66 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-hammer. |
