COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Applied Motion BluAC5-Q parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Arndt--Vob parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asco such as the 8210B07NV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 883065000 manufactured by Arndt--Vob and we are pleased to be able to service most Arndt--Vob systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8210B058 by Manufacturer Asco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Aro Brand 19201009104 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asco such as 8266D23L equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LCF50BUU made by Askubal as well as the popular GTA10P4FVBN original spares produced by Asi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EMX30350B7C1H by Aucom and 8266D23L spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NPIN4DLS02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ashcroft. |
