COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Applied Materials 4147887 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asi-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BLS18MXX1LTS4C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A0110100R manufactured by Asi-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Asi-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WS12150010VL10SB0D8 by Manufacturer Asm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BTL5E10M0914PS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Banner such as BAT253SM900MSSI equipment made by Banner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AA2T made by Ati as well as the popular BOS26KPA1HCS4C original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M51S1D1024T000 by Avitron and BAT253SM900MSSI spares by Banner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BME348A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Banner. |
