COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Appleton Electric EFD175-J1U1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A16B2200076001A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NP1X1606W manufactured by Fuji-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RMC0222E1A by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dialogic Brand SS7HDP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Glentek such as GA4555P1 equipment made by Glentek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Glentek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Glentek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AIA16G made by Fanuc as well as the popular BNIEIP950000Z009 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10841 by Cooper-B-line and GA4555P1 spares by Glentek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ABLELinkGW51WMAXI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Atop. |
