COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Appleton AEAB3036FDS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the CLM013X02B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C98043A1200L manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM4250 by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand DR120245 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Total-Control such as D565853 equipment made by Total-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Total-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Total-Control" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CACRSR03TZ0SFY01ACACRSR30 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular DDS021W150DS0403FW original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CXLH0120 by Siemens and D565853 spares by Total-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D559056 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Best-Power. |
