COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Antriebstechnik 770024/D10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marathon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Raymond product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 7042054101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 56T17G15543 manufactured by Marathon and we are pleased to be able to service most Marathon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 570427201 by Manufacturer Raymond as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dybetic-Systems Brand 739992200F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Delco such as 5G3004C2 equipment made by Delco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7053054202 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 636455401 original spares produced by Magnetek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 601022P by Tame and 5G3004C2 spares by Delco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4TE28 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
