COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Andover Controls NC2-F-0320X0A00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dolan-Jenner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dolan-Jenner such as the SS721B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RX2195 manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature O518659 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Jum Brand Total3300A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Atsi such as NCMT500 equipment made by Atsi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atsi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atsi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PA8000 made by Addi as well as the popular SE8400200E04B0A01 original spares produced by Trust Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TPCB12S2EMXU by Wonderware and NCMT500 spares by Atsi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TRA41A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
