COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Anderson JP-222JI2002A50 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the MPFLX460120X40A15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MG150N2YS40 manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KDV21100220300220 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Compumotor Brand KHX170 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Harwin such as M403100845R equipment made by Harwin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harwin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harwin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MIG150Q6CMB1X made by Toshiba as well as the popular MSK100C0200NNM1BPONNNN original spares produced by Rex-Roth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KCGG14201L50EEC by Alstom and M403100845R spares by Harwin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LD90710E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lazerdata. |
