COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Anaheim Automation Motor DPR11VA1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Appled-Motion-Products parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Arteco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asco such as the 8344G44 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HT34486 manufactured by Appled-Motion-Products and we are pleased to be able to service most Appled-Motion-Products systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DDB0185 by Manufacturer Arteco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asyst-Technologies Brand 700899101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asem such as Compatto equipment made by Asem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asem" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5000200 made by Applied-Motion-Products as well as the popular K080000611 original spares produced by Apv Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATB by Atb-Abf-63-4a7qr and Compatto spares by Asem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS416R00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Arnold-Muller-Amk. |
