COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Anahe Automation 23A102A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Applied-Motion-Industries products, including obsoleted and phased-out Arista parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Anderson-Instrument product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Applied-Motion-Industries such as the C0106 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ARP2610AP manufactured by Arista and we are pleased to be able to service most Arista systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SW51004070000 by Manufacturer Anderson-Instrument as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asco Brand NF837B00224 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Astro such as ASM86SG10 equipment made by Astro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Astro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Astro" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EF8220G029 made by Asco as well as the popular HT8215A33 original spares produced by Asco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATM100V by Aromat-Corporation and ASM86SG10 spares by Astro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QS1500LRNPT3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Applied-Robotics. |
