COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Amtech 102-242-633R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Applied-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Applied-Motion such as the STAC6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ANASKABBAB040 manufactured by Aro and we are pleased to be able to service most Aro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X8030A7J0749 by Manufacturer Asco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Applied-Motion-Products Brand 5000200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Animatics such as C5100 equipment made by Animatics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Animatics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Animatics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available STD4030 made by Applied-Information as well as the popular 215454 original spares produced by Anderson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0004D48A by Applied-Robotics and C5100 spares by Animatics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AE050005 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Apex-Dynamics. |
