COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Amlok RCH-100250-75N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Aro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amlok parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Api-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Aro such as the ANA4MABBAK060 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RCP100325A60S manufactured by Amlok and we are pleased to be able to service most Amlok systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS3310CR by Manufacturer Api-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asahi-America Brand D79PSNST in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Applied-Robotics such as 0004D48A equipment made by Applied-Robotics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Applied-Robotics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Applied-Robotics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NSLF000500TC206A42LXXXXX made by Anderson-Negele as well as the popular PN05 original spares produced by Asepco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EF8264G10 by Asco and 0004D48A spares by Applied-Robotics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 027478005D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco. |
