COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ametric 55x16x1500 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Boston product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the F71310SB5J6Dor spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MR2B3 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 001F226D17B7 by Manufacturer Boston as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ametric Brand 55x16x1500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bando such as 1700H200 equipment made by Bando have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bando products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bando" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F71050B4G made by Boston as well as the popular PS220010010SH original spares produced by Bayside Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F31515G1T2 by Boston and 1700H200 spares by Bando are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AP1510S4PWMV4MV410144375 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aptech. |
