COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ametric 55x16x1500 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bando products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bonfigioli parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Andantex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bando such as the 8V1600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RAN15DA manufactured by Bonfigioli and we are pleased to be able to service most Bonfigioli systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R3400 by Manufacturer Andantex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 17Q20H56 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bonfigioli such as VF110F1P90B5 equipment made by Bonfigioli have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bonfigioli products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bonfigioli" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 50195319 made by Ammeraal-Beltech as well as the popular AERO90040 original spares produced by Apex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F72440STB5C33MNI by Boston and VF110F1P90B5 spares by Bonfigioli are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 202Q20R14 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
