COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ametek 952A-V0-0480-X-X-E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BRGE1WSE12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H38D1200AC28VVSCCEN manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BIS008U by Manufacturer Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BLT5A11M0381PS32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ametek such as UL010200003120 equipment made by Ametek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ametek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ametek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E51KT443 made by Cutler-hammer as well as the popular 20S4440S14F original spares produced by Baumer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SL5088100000300 by Anderson and UL010200003120 spares by Ametek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H20DB25SS200AB24VOCSM14 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
