COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ametek 951Z-V-0205-N3.5-D3-E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amot-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Arpeco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asco such as the 8340A6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPD1RT5W2 manufactured by Amot-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Amot-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2291 by Manufacturer Arpeco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Amg-Pesch Brand SAD20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Applied-Materials such as 019036181 equipment made by Applied-Materials have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Applied-Materials products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Applied-Materials" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JBEF8210G089 made by Asco as well as the popular DDB0185 original spares produced by Arteco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11BRCX300J10 by Api-harowe and 019036181 spares by Applied-Materials are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F48B19A05 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ao-Smith. |
